The first day / night test of the ever-anticipated day / night test kicks off with India at the Eden Gardens venue on Friday. Bangladesh were bowled out for 106 in the first innings of the Test. Shortly thereafter, Litton Das left the field with an injury to Shami Bouncer. Hussain (1), Mehdi Hasan (1) and Abu Javed (0) eventually left. Bangladesh's first innings ended in just 30.3 overs. Team India won the innings by 130 runs. The Test, likewise, fell to 150 in the first innings of the Bangladesh team before the third session. After India declared their first innings at 493/6, India won the second innings without playing a second innings.
